Habits + Time = You
"Your future is hidden in your daily routine." — Mike Murdock
We are the culmination of our daily habits.
No one can predict the future; however, our daily habits over time shape the future selves we become.
The daily activities, interests, hobbies, jobs, and actions we do shape our future paths.
In today's newsletter, we will explore the power of habits, the clear path to achieving your goals, and how to start.
The Habit Paradox: Power of Compounding

Do something once, and the results go unnoticed.
Do something daily, and the results become unfathomable.
Many of us, including myself, overestimate what we can accomplish in a day but underestimate what we can accomplish in a year.
This is what Albert Estein referred to as the "8th wonder of the world": compounding.
Improving by 1% daily makes you 37.78 times better after a year.
However, habits are a double-edged sword.
Positive habits compound positively.
Negative habits compound negatively.
Take smoking, for example. A daily habit that negatively impacts the lungs. Over time, the negative effects compound, increasing your chances of lung and heart disease.
Bottom line: Our habits matter. Choose them intentionally.
Thought exercise: Reflect on how you spend your time for the next week. Separate activities into daily vs. occasional habits. Then answer: is the daily habit a +1% or -1%?
Defining a Clear Path to Hit Your Goals
The person you are today is the result of your past daily habits.
This same equation can be applied to your future self.
Where or who do I want to be in the next 3, 5, or 10 years?
Follow-up question: What would that person's day-to-day life look like?
You can reverse-engineer back to the present and pinpoint those daily habits (or the daily habits required to achieve them) today, and then do so.
Uncertain about your goals?
Try this thought exercise: Inversion.
Ironically, it's easier to know what you don't want.
What do you want to avoid most in 3, 5, and 10 years, and the daily habits that would lead you there?
Do the opposite.
How to Start or Restart

Starting is often the most challenging part.
Starting anything can be intimidating.
It's human nature to ruminate over all the 'what ifs?'
The fear of failure has killed many dreams.
"Fear is an ocean wide, but only an inch deep." - Alex Hormozi
You can come up with endless reasons not to do something, but once you take the first step, you realize you can stand in the ocean of fear.
Everyone fears change. The real fear should be staying the same.
Recognize that success is not a linear process.
Success is compounded lessons from overcoming failures.
My challenge for you is to take the first step toward the goals you've been contemplating.
Your future self will be proud.
What Makes Rho Different
Rho Nutrition because they bring something different to your fridge.
Rho offers third-party-tested liposomal delivery products. Why does this matter? Most pills and powders lose a significant amount of the active ingredient during digestion.
Rho encapsulates each nutrient (creatine, glutathione, NAD+, curcumin, collagen, etc.) within a tiny liposome that survives the gut and ferries the compound intact into the bloodstream.
Liposomal delivery helps ensure that the vitamins and supplements you purchase are getting absorbed and not lost during digestion.
My personal morning Rho stack is their liposomal creatine, glutathione, DIM+, and NAD+, and before bed, I take their liposomal magnesium.
The founders, Ryan and George, firmly believe you will feel the Rho difference, but if you're not satisfied, they offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.
