Disclaimer: Not Medical Advice. Opinions are my own.
In today's newsletter, I will share my top 10 supplements, software, books, and products I cannot live without.
I personally contacted some of my favorite companies to bring exclusive deals to you - HUMAN subscribers. To be fully transparent, each brand I am partnered with will have a star at the end of the sentence (like this).*
Enjoy!
Three books that changed my perspective
The Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday - I am on my fourth read of The Daily Stoic and pick up something new every time. Daily reminders to focus on the controllable. (Free Audiobook Playlist)
Atomic Habits by James Clear - the art of forming new habits and breaking old ones. Your daily habits matter. The secret to your future success is hidden in your daily habits. Atomic Habits gives you the tactical blueprint to change the direction of your life one day at a time. (Free Audiobook)
The Almanack of Naval Ravikant by Eric Jorgenson - my entire perspective on business and wealth was changed after reading this book. Naval breaks down the concepts of how to get rich without getting lucky. I wish I had read this book in my twenties! (Free Audiobook).
If you don't want a physical book, I have linked the full audiobook to all books above. You can find almost every audiobook on YouTube.
92 nutrient-rich ingredients all in one delicious drink
A key overlooked factor is ensuring your body receives essential micronutrients to support cellular health, immune function, and inflammation management. This is where I turn to IM8.
IM8 offers an all-in-one vitamin, mineral, prebiotic, probiotic, and postbiotic supplement powder.
I pair IM8 with a well-balanced, whole-food diet to ensure I get the most foundationally sound nutrition.
IM8's Daily Ultimate Essentials formula combines 92 nutrient-rich ingredients to help fuel your body with a wide range of vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients, building a solid foundation for daily health. IM8's science-backed formula includes clinical dosages of CoQ10 to support heart health and prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics to promote gut health. IM8 is third-party tested and NSF certified, guaranteeing that what you see on the label is what you get, so you know exactly what you’re putting into your body.
It tastes great and has no added artificial flavors, sugars, or sweeteners.
If I could only take one supplement, it would be IM8's Daily Ultimate Essentials.
If you are interested in trying IM8 for yourself, CLICK HERE. They are currently offering a FREE Welcome Kit + 5 IM8 Travel Sachets with any new subscription.*
Starting my day with cold therapy
Cold therapy is one tool that will instantly change your state of mind. Getting cold is how I start my day, but the last thing I actually want to do at 4:00 AM. We have a Plunge cold tub, but you can achieve a similar effect by getting in a cold shower.
If you start your day by doing something hard, you set the tone for the rest of your day.
Plunge is currently offering my subscribers $300 off when you use Code "London" at checkout. CLICK HERE to check out Plunge.*
My performance supplement stack
Frequently, I get asked which supplements I take and why. My daily supplement stack is primarily made of Momentous products. I choose Momentous supplements for their rigorous third-party testing. Everyone's instruction manual is different, but for me, I take their creatine, plant protein, omega-3, magnesium, and their multivitamin. Momentous is kind enough to offer up to 35% off when you use code "London" at checkout. CLICK HERE to check out Momentous supplements.*

My coffee maker
Whenever I make a day-in-the-life YouTube video on my YouTube channel, people ask about my coffee maker and if I like it. I have an older model Jura coffee maker, and I absolutely love it! Jura has brought the barista quality coffee taste to the comfort of my home.
My desktop personal assistant
The ChatGPT desktop app is a game-changer. I use ChatGPT over Google because I get-to-the-point answers to questions without sifting through Google. Also, tedious tasks like rearranging spreadsheets, busy work math, and PDF analysis can all be done on the ChatGPT desktop.
Daily electrolytes I'm taking.
I start my day with water and LMNT. Taking electrolytes regularly has made such a big difference. I'm operating and working on my feet all day, exercising, and then getting in the sauna. Maintaining my electrolytes helps me perform at an optimal level. If you don't exercise and sit in an air-conditioned office all day, I would say electrolytes probably are not for you. Also, I wouldn't recommend it if you have high blood pressure or abnormal kidneys.
You can replenish your sodium levels with table salt in water, but if you want a great-tasting way to add magnesium, potassium, and sodium - LMNT is my go-to. Find out which flavor of LMNT is your favorite with a FREE LMNT Sample Pack with any order you place.*
The best thing to happen to my sleep
After 25 years of being on call, my sleep has taken a toll. My mind and body have been trained to go from complete rest to my A-game in the operating room. This year, I decided to prioritize my sleep. As the saying goes, “Invest in a good bed and a good pair of shoes because if you’re not in one, you’re in the other.”
My sleep hygiene has completely changed with Eight Sleep. Not only does it track my HRV, resting heart rate, and respiratory rate without a wearable, but Eight Sleep also automatically cools or heats your mattress based on your preference. The Pod 4 Ultra has an adjustable base, so it raises my head to a better position when it detects snoring. Again, this is another brand I reached out to because of my fantastic experience. You can get up to $350 off your Eight Sleep for a limited time. Click here to claim this deal and see what Eight Sleep offers.*
(Bonus) Lose It App
Lose it is a bonus app I want to include. If you have ever wanted to keep a food journal, track macros, or see where your calories are coming from - Lose it, makes this very easy. Whenever I'm trying to drop weight or ensure that I'm hitting my protein goals, I use Lose It to scan my foods to see what I'm putting in my body. I highly recommend it to understand what you are eating regularly.
All the best,
Jeremy London, MD
